Refund Policy

At Vanguard Event Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality graphic design and printing services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds will only be issued if the services provided are significantly different from what was originally agreed upon.
    • Refunds will not be provided for any changes or modifications requested by the client after the design or printing process has commenced.
    • Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by the client, including but not limited to late submission of materials or approvals.
    • Refunds will not be provided due to shipping delays that are out of our control. e.g., weather. Please place your orders in advance of your event date to avoid unforeseen shipping delays. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery, we kindly request notification within 3 days of receiving the order. We will promptly provide guidance on the necessary steps to address the issue. For Custom Items falling within this category, we will either arrange for a replacement or offer an in-store credit.
    • For local pickup of orders, Vanguard Event Solutions relinquishes responsibility and liability for any ensuing damage, wear, or issues concerning the received item(s) once picked up. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their order upon pickup. 
  2. Requesting a Refund:

    • To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the final design or printed materials.
    • You must provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, along with any supporting evidence.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
    • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made after the design or printing process has commenced will be subject to a cancellation fee and refunds will not be permitted.
  6. Changes to This Policy:

    • We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
